i dont know if any of you know but they were in the process of tearing it down when something ignited. they're adding approx 10,000 seats to the south endzone to mirror the north one. soo yeah, we're gonna be sitting over 100,000 for the 2010 season.

That scoreboard is right where the expansion will be taking place. It would have needed to be removed anyways.
They may have intended to reuse/sell it though. I doubt they would reuse it, since I can't imagine how it would be incorporated into the new design, but I'm sure that they weren't just going to throw it out.

Mr2Bits, There will be 4 replay screens and score boards...one in each corner...and you can see bama's score on all of them as well as the screen that wraps around the entire stadium..anything else or was that an attempt on humor
