WEA The ABC/espn guys are the worst, they are full of sh-t. I'm really happy for Utah & Auburn and their coaches, but we as fans would rather have all that junk either during halftime or before or after the game that we as fans are trying to watch. They dont know anything about football and I would rather listen to explayers who actually focus on the game that they are broadcasting.The 04 Longhorns had 1 loss that year and were playing one of their biggest rivals, what we used to call the turkey day game. Did you watch the Texas vs Texas Tech game last year? I thought it was purty cool that when they tried to talk to Mike Leach he told them to have a happy halftime and walked off- classic moment. Ya they also cut away to show highlights of other games, which drives us crazy,its bad enough with all the commercial breaks. They can run some scores across the bottom, but lets not interup the game we are trying to watch, and lets not check with our studios in NY save that crap for halftime.

TC, I know what you mean. I don't mind taking advantage of a time-out, or a few seconds of a scheduled TV time-out, but for crying out loud interviews with former players, visitors, moms & dads (to name a few) while there's action on the field, what's up with that?!?

It will be interesting to live in Dallas and be able to see the MW teams that you wouldn't normally get to see play. One of my buddies from the academy went to the University of Wyoming and swears up and down it has one of the most beautiful stadiums in college football. He also claims it is the highest stadium elevation wise in the entire nation.

I suppose when you are that high your opinions may be suspect. The entire state of Wyoming is a unique. That is the only way to describe it.
Actually, picture every thing you ever though you knew about Utah, and figure what that would be like, and you probably just pictured Wyoming.

Ya I've got Disc net, with our package we get B-10 network,cstv and foxsw, much rather see a B-12, SEC or ACC network. CSTV does alot of c-usa games and they are better announcers and commentors than abc/espn. The Guys on ABC/ESPN dont even watch or focus on the game they are showing.For example I recorded the Holiday Bowl, the announcers are interveiwing Dennis Ericsons Mama in the stands during a brilliant UT offensive drive.What a bunch of idiots, we dont care about all their BS I wish they would focus on the game they are broadcasting.For alot of UT games put the T.V. on mute and put on K-VET 98.1 FM radio. They actually talk about whats going on instead of stupid junk that doesnt even matter. I recorded the Texas vs Texas A&M 04 game while I was at the game, we were appauled at the ABC guys who were interviewing Urban Meyer and Tommie Tubberville via satellitte phone during the UT vs A&M game, save that crap for sportscenter or halftime or something we dont care about UTah or Auburn we are trying to watch UT.
