This is my bet as to who it will be. However its not who i would pick.

Chizak is a great defensive coordinator and we still have a pretty good defensive team so could work out well.

Its my hope that they will make an announcement soon and end this fiasco.

Muschamp is out to set the record straight - he will not be the Auburn coach.

"I have not talked to Auburn about this job and I have no interest in the job," said Muschamp. "I really don't know what else to say. I'm going to stay at Texas until they fire me."

I got so tired of chasing down dead ends that I basically gave up. I'll deal with it when they announce. I'm sure their choice will be underwhelming...

I'm sure that in 100 years, people will still be joking about Steve Spurrier possibly being named for any vacant coaching job, such is the frequency that this man's name pops up on such occasions...

Interesting how AU tries to steal the thunder of the SEC title game by firing Tubbs,now on the verge of trying to steal the thunder of the Heisman. I hope they steal the thunder of the BCS championship and fire Jacobs.
If Jacobs had 1 hair on his butt he would hire Turner Gill. However my sources tell me he is hairless.

A "Coach-in-Waiting" just means he is gonna cost you more $$$, not that he is unavailable.
