Saw this video a while back and loved it. I can honestly say that I've yet to go that far to create a gameday experience at the house. Painting the yard, the RC car.......and the cat.....in purple and gold is out there...lol.
Let's just hope PETA doesn't get wind of this. They would protest and/or picket in front of this guys house...lol.

Hey GT I've seen a bumper sticker that reads I LOVE Animals They are delicious I like to fish and we practice catch & release release to the grease- BTW had some fryed fish last night, that Louisiana hot sauce helps make the cornmeal stick to the fillets

"Release to the grease".....lmao. I love it.
I use Louisiana Creole Seasoning, Louisiana Hot Sauce and a touch of lemon pepper on my fried fish. It's a "can't miss" recipe. And from the countless catering jobs we do, it's a recipe that has had many asking, "what did y'all season the fish with? It's great!". So we stick with it. Very simple.
Oh, and Louisiana Fish Fry as the batter. It's got a mixture of app 1/3 flour and 2/3 corn meal. Then we dust it with creole seasoning and garlic powder.
Alot of folks like to coat their fish with mustard before frying. That's fine too. Personally, mustard goes on hot dogs, not fish....just my opinion.

I still need to get you the shrimp gumbo recipe too, come to think about it. I'm offshore right now so time on the puter is limited. Maybe tonight after knock-off I'll get it to ya.
Plus Mardi Gras has taken up a substantial amount of my time last week....that's why I haven't been on. Needless to say, we had another blast riding through the streets of Thibodaux "lobbing" beads and trinkets to whoever wanted 'em.
Easily my favorite time of the year.....CFB season excluded.

I really like mascots. They make for some fun at games.
I was at Yale last week to visit some friends and found out their mascot is named Handsome Dan. And they are on the 17th Handsome Dan.
