They should keep the player names in black...
It's hard to read that pale orange on the white jersey...
But at least it appears they will be keeping the black outline on the numbers, though...
Which make those decidely easier to decipher on that white jersey...
Personally, I like the all white look...
Especially with their hats...

I have always thought that Tennessee should have a black jersey to wear occasionally. I think that would look great with their color scheme and helmets. It will be interesting to see how they look with orange pants. I still think I would prefer the white pants for Tennessee, but we'll see.

I like the numbers on the sleeves instead of the shoulders and less black on the white jerseys. I wouldn't mind if they didn't wear orange pants ever.

I like these - it's good to mix it up every once in a while regarding the colors worn. Since Tennessee's 'alternate color' is white, they in fact don't really have an alternate color, since everyone wears white.
Seeing Clemson in purple, Miami in green, Florida in orange, etc. every once in a while is good.
So sure, mix it up sometimes...
Unless it's Penn State, then it would be a tragedy because JoePa would no longer be with us...

It would great to see Oklahoma wear crimson pants with the white jerseys BUT I doubt if they would go to these "new" designs. I would hope not!

During the 2005 Texas vs La Laf Texas wore throw back uniforms from the 1963 Nat Champ team. Very similar to the current uniforms except the helmets had the players number above the Longhorn logo and the Jersys did not have the Texas above the numbers on the front and the stripes were a little different. I also think that they didnt have the players names on the back. The uniforms have not really changed much over the years except the Longhorn logo on the side of the helmet is a bit smaller.
The Texas Longhorns will have booking numbers on the players uniforms this year! I had to get this in after seeing those silly numbers on the helmets! Looks funny. Maybe booking numbers on the helmets?

That would be good. I like that idea, neon metalic would be cool too. You know all sparkley & sh-t. Glow in the dark neon shoes with coordinating socks that light up when you run, like those shoes kids wear. Awesome concept

Love these new uniforms. Stripes on the pants are a huge plus over no stripes. White on white gets very old and boring after awhile.
My only problem with the Volunteers' uniform is that the orange (or sherbert if you will) is very light and is difficult to distingush sometimes. I hope that Adidas has darkened the color a little, especially since it seems that the black trim is dying away.

I think they are trying to change their luck with this uniform stuff. Notice all the teams that are or have changed uniforms haven't won a title in over 10 years, if they've won a title at all (Oregon State).

i think a black jersey also once in a minute would be nice w/ orange #'s, names but what color pants? there really isn't too much you can do w/ orange & white except change style of uniforms i like stripes dwn the sides of jerseys (thick ones) and also follow down the pants w/ them. New helmets too maybe similar to michigan but much better. that would look nice.

i hate all white b/c whoever UT plays, there uniform colors fade onto UT and they look like crap by the end of the game w/ red, green, brown, blue, etc. all over the white. SO GO VOLS LOVE THE NEW LOOK
