Not after Saturdays loss to TCU and next weeks loss to Baylor, they finish the regular season probably 8-4 with losses to Texas and Texas Tech

OU will go to #1 unless they loose Georgia goes to #2 unless they loose.IT will take every team ahead of Bama for them to rank us #1 even then they will hesitate.If we beat georgia I fell like we we go to #5 at best and that would be fine with me.we still have LSU to play so we have a chance to advance our self in that game as well as long as they stay unbeaten

Southern Cal got licked by the Beavers. So, again, the winner of Georgia/Alabama deserves the #1 spot this week. Oklahoma will have plenty of chances to take it later on this season.

Northwestern with 8 is a gift, Iowa will not score more than 14. Indiana will get beat by at least three touchdowns by Michigan St. and Ringer will get 200 yards. Virginia Tech will win by three and Mississippi will cover the 23.

Why all the love for USC? So they beat OSU, big deal. OSU has not really done much this year. They almost blew it against Ohio!!!

I'll be the first to say it:

USC will lose to Notre Dame
LSU and Florida plays for the SEC championship: Florida wins by 3 pts or less
Missouri wins the Big 12

NT will be Missouri and Florida

I kind of see what you're saying but I have to disagree because its not like every Big 12 team lost every bowl game. Oklahoma's problem is that they have gotten "big headed." OU-USC: This loss was not due to big headedness. The momentum changed during the OU-USC game when such and such (sorry I can't recall his name. I'll have to rewatch the game footage when I go on leave in November) fumbled/muffed the damn football on a punt return with USC recovering inside the 5. The game plus momentum changed after that and OU could not catch up. Not to mention all of the interceptions that Jason White threw didn't help and the secondary allowed Matt Leinart (who by the way is doing absolutely nothing in the NFL) to shred them to pieces. As to OU-LSU: it was a good, hard fought game where OU could have tied it had OU RB Kejuan Jones caught the most important pass of his life on 4th down and such and such late in the 4th quarter and not have let the football fly through his fingertips. OU-Boise State: Its funny you reminded me of that. Did you forget that Paul Thompson (you know the ex-WR) found out a month before that season started that he would be taking the role as the starting QB after Bomar got kicked off the team? OU overachieved the expectations set forth that year. Not only that, but the Sooners not only tied the game late in the 4th quarter after having to complete 3 consecutive 2 point conversion attempts but later took the lead as well. However, how Boise State won that game is just plain sad. OU-West Virginia: A combination of poor coaching mixed with injured defensive starters, one defensive starter benched for stealing a freaking coat, and the other academically ineligible. Plus, OU just flat out got wooped. But thats in the past and this is a new year. This years OU team is just flat out amazing. BOOMER!

No way they don't with even a single loss.

They still have toplay Stanford.

While USC has the best odds of going undefeated, with 2/3 of the season ahead of us it is far from certainty.

While I was being generous to Oregon and California I would certainly favor them over Mississippi. Vandy looks improved and could shock a top SEC team or two like Kentucky did last year.

Oh, and don't forget USC's propensity to drop the ball once a year.

LOL .......well i know as of late its been fierce between the two teams,but My like for LSU goes back to childhood mainly because My mother and she is a big Bama fan as well.My father was a auburn fan but passed away a few month before i was born so hey you never know i could have been a aubbie had he lived...hard to imagine though.I think its great that the SEC as a whole is getting better and better.cant wait to go to Baton Rouge this year great food, great football,great beer.

Dont worry i dont take it personal.being a bama fan hasnt been the easiest thing the last 10 years been a roller coaster ride at best.I dont take your comments personal and to be honest LSU has been my number two team to pull for in the SEC all my life My mother was in love with billy cannon. I have alot of respect for the team.I wasnt trying to say either team is a bad team.I think even the worst team in the SEC is to be respected.I just was saying ive seen better from both teams.
