It is statistically possible for all 12 teams to qualify for a Bowl game.

Statistically, they would wind up with 1x 12-0 team, 1x 10-2 team, 2x 9-3 teams, 3x 8-4 teams, and 5x 7-5 teams, assuming each team won all four non-conference games.

For the love of all that is good and holy, please don't ask me how I figured this out. Spreadsheets are involved....

Glad to see my Canes going bowling. The more we win, the closer we get to playing on New Year's day. Hopefully no more Smurf Turf Bowls in freezing cold weather.

I seriously love how your once proud program (Michigan), the winningest in college football, puts such a high premium on one midlevel bowl game. How quicky and conveniently you neglect to recall that this was a loaded Michigan team, with so many returning starters, with NC expectations going into the season...and your big claim to fame from such a team, was beating a rebuilding UF team with a horrible, young and inexperienced defense.

"...whoo-whoo!!! We beat the shell of a team that won the NC the preceding year!!!

I don't know why. I have not a thing against Texas Tech or the fans. I been saying for the last 4 years if Texas Tech gets a running game and a defense that they would compete with Oklahoma and Texas. Do you know a minister that can drive the demons out of Mayday13? Maybe he can exocise those demons to Cleveland or New York?

The Big 12 has 12, the SEC has 12, and the BIG 11 aka the Big 10 has 11. That why they should call it the Big 11 so fans like you want get confused. They have 1 more...that is a big number!
